Whether you have a busy schedule, are feeling under the weather, or simply find it more comfortable, this service is here to cater to your needs.
To take advantage of this service, simply inform us when you schedule your appointment and we’ll guide you through the process on the day of your visit.
Here’s how our Curbside Concierge Service works:
- When you arrive at our clinic, pull up to the designated curbside or park.
- Remain comfortably in your car while our team is ready to assist you.
- Give us a quick call to let us know you’ve arrived, and we’ll take it from there.
- One of our skilled Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVT) will come to your car and safely retrieve your pet.
- While your pet is receiving the necessary care, feel free to relax in your car, or if you prefer, you may leave and return at a designated time for pick-up.
- Once your pet’s appointment is complete, a member of our dedicated team will provide you with a detailed assessment and discuss any recommended treatment or care instructions.
- Our RVT will then return your pet to your car along with any prescribed treatments, food, or supplies your pet may need.
